Nutritious foods can help you fight off infections, avoid health complications and reduce side effects of medical treatments. Therefore, if you have just started with an HIV dating and want to look and feel good, make sure these foods find their place on your plate.

Various fruits and vegetables

It is a known fact that they are high in antioxidants which protect your immune system. If you want to lead a healthy life fill half of your plate with fruits and veggies every time you eat.

High-protein  foods

Lean beef, poultry, eggs, beans, and fish will help build muscle and a strong immune system. If you are skinny, you will need to eat more protein.

Whole grains

When people are on a diet, you can hear them saying that they don’t eat carbs. However, there are those that are good for your health. Moreover, foods like brown rice and whole wheat bread are packed with B vitamins and fiber.

Avoid salty and sugary snacks
